Only in Kuala Lumpur, a capital city, Malaysia's biggest city, can you take two wrong turns and go on a 20 km/ 30 min detour.
This 30 minutes of my life/ slice was not one I am proud of. I was on the verge of tears and all I was thinking after a long day: work, faculty meeting, food review, was I want to see my baby boy and husband.
It's easy to report out on the good, but the bad and the ugly are less fun. Still the same, I made it home, even with a cement truck stuck for no apparent reason in the major intersection near my house.
This line sticks with me: "It's easy to report out on the good, but the bad and the ugly are less fun." Both, though, can yield slice-worthy stories :)
